Coolest thing ever...

Well Ok- maybe not ever- but close!! I  LOVE cooking- hate baking with a passion!! So this works out great for my kids.

2 cake mixes- one HAS to be an ANGEL food cake, the other can be chocolate,lemon- whatever
mix them together, leaving them DRY- don't follow directions on the boxes. Just dump them in a large plastic container & shake them up.

3 TBS. dry cake mix
2 TBS. water
mix together in coffee cup or a bowl
Throw in microwave for 1 min.

How cool is that? Fresh baked cake!! We used a chocolate cake & topped with Hershey's syrup & whip cream. Next it will be lemon cake w/strawberries & w.c...

My poor blog

It's weird writing blog posts when you don't have a single subbie. Feels like I'm just "talking" to myself- I should really be used to that by now*lol* I have 3 kids & a boyfriend- nuff said! I want to start paying more attention to my blog- it looks kinda like my poor house plants. So with that being said- as I gain subbies I will be doing giveaways and other such fun stuff. But for now it's just me talking to myself...
